Reserve.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"&gt;Hidrate a soja e escorra bem (isso faz toda a diferença!). Refogue-a em óleo acrescentando o shoyo e o limão. Mexa até secar, desligue o fogo e deixe esfriar. Lembre-se que o único sal da receita é o do shoyo, por isso não retire do fogo até que a soja esteja bem temperada e bem seca!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"&gt;Esfarele o pão em uma bacia, despeje a mistura de cebola, alho e salsinha. (Caso o seu pão esteja novo, coloque-o no forno até dar&amp;nbsp; uma torradinha.) Acrescente a soja já fria e amasse bem com as mãos até dar liga. Tentamos sempre fazer um tofujão (equivalente do requeijão) ou alguma pastinha, ás vezes fazemos tofucake ou tofupirí para pizzas, mas acontece vez outra de sobrar aquele pedacinho que não serve pra muita coisa e é ai que entra nosso bolo de chocolate maroto!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"&gt;Essa receita de bolo é bem simples de fazer e não requer batedeira. É um bolo muito fofo e molhadinho que combina com uma infinidade de recheios e coberturas. A minha sugestão aqui foi bem tradicional: recheio e cobertura de chocolate com raspas de chocolate (perfeito para os chocólatras!). Inspirei-me em uma receita do livro “Tofu – Sabor e Saúde em 56 receitas” , que por sinal é muito bom! Reserve.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"&gt;Bata no liquidificador todos os outros ingredientes até formar um creme homogêneo. Adicione essa mistura aos ingredientes secos e misture delicadamente. Não é para bater, só misturar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"&gt;Despeje a mistura em uma forma untada e enfarinhada de 18 cm de diâmetro. Leve ao forno preaquecido em temperatura média-baixa por aproximadamente 30 minutos. Espere esfriar completamente para desenformar. Corte o bolo em duas partes horizontais (caso não tenha material adequado utilize um pedaço de linha de costura bem esticado) e recheie de acordo com sua preferencia. Eu sugiro brigadeiro mole, beijinho de coco, creme de nozes ou morangos em rodelas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"&gt;Para a cobertura eu utilizei um &lt;b&gt;&lt;a href="http://cozinha-da-bruxa.blogspot.com/2010/09/ganesh-de-chocolate.html"&gt;ganesh&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/b&gt; Reserve.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Coloque o forno para preaquecer à 180°C.Prepare uma forma de aproximadamente 20x20 cm com papel manteiga ou alumínio. É importante que sobre papel para fora, assim você poderá puxar o brownie para retirá-lo da forma. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Misture a farinha e o bicarbonato em uma tigela e reserve.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Em outra tigela adicione o cacau em pó, o chocolate ralado, o café e o sal. Adicione a água fervendo e misture com a colher até virar uma pasta. Acrescente o açúcar, a margarina, a baunilha e a linhaça e bata na batedeira até ficar homogêneo. Desligue. Adicione as nozes e misture com a colher.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Adicione a farinha com bicarbonato aos poucos, eu recomendo em 3 partes, misturando delicadamente com a colher até que toda ela tenha sido incorporada.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Despeje na assadeira e leve ao forno por 35 minutos ou menos. O objetivo não é cozinhar completamente a massa como um bolo, por isso não deixe ultrapassar esse tempo. Se o seu forno for muito potente reduza o tempo.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Retire do forno e deixe esfriar por 1 hora antes de desenformar. Depois adicione o restante dos ingredientes e bata no liquidificador, ou com um mixer, até a massa ficar lisa. A quantidade de água varia com o gosto. Quem gosta de panquecas mais grossas e fofinhas pode usar só 50 ml de água. Já quem gosta de panquecas mais finas pode adicionar até 100ml de água, para que a massa fique mais fina.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify;"&gt;O segredo é ter uma frigideira ou uma chapa antiaderente. Untá-la com umas gotinhas de óleo e aquecê-la bem. Se a frigideira estiver fria o fermento demora a ser ativado, e a massa não cresce bem. Precisa fazer bolhinhas, como na foto! Quando a massa estiver quase seca, use uma espatula para virá-la e deixe dourar um poco.  &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify;"&gt;Sirva como preferir, mas eu gosto mais de comer panquecas quentinhas, por isso vou preparando e comendo com os amigos. Leve para assar em forno preaquecido a 180°C, por mais ou menos 15 minutos. Nunca arrisquei fazê-la de outro jeito, mas acho que uma panela de pedra funcionaria também! Leve-a para o fogo alto com o azeite pedido da receita, quando estiver quente adicione a cebola e o alho picados. Eu gosto de colocar a cebola antes, e quando ela está dourada eu adiciono o alho, eu queima mais rápido. Depois que o alho também estiver dourado adicione os pimentões e a pimenta e refogue durante um minuto.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="JUSTIFY" class="western" style="font-weight: normal; line-height: 150%; margin-bottom: 0cm;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="JUSTIFY" class="western" style="font-weight: normal; line-height: 150%; margin-bottom: 0cm;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;Acrescente o tomate, o sal e 2/3 do coentro picado e deixe ferver. Adicione meio copo de água (100ml) e espere ferver novamente. Acrescente o limão, o azeite de dendê e o leite de coco e deixe ferver mais uns 5 minutos. Se necessário adicione mais 100ml de água para que continue com bastante caldo. Quando estiver pronto apague o fogo e jogue o restante do coentro. Ela adora milho! E quando digo que ela é uma “adoradora de milho” não estou exagerando, pelo contrário, estou sendo moderada. Só pra dar uma ideia, no seu ultimo aniversário ela me pediu para preparar três bolos de milho, e só um era para os convidados!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; text-align: justify;"&gt;Então eu batizei esse modesto bolo, que alegra tanto o coração e a barriga da minha amiga, de &lt;b&gt;Maravilha Amarela Realmente Incrível, MARI&lt;/b&gt;. Não quero que você pense que eu acho o meu bolo de milho melhor do que o da sua avó, é só uma homenagem a essa linda pessoa, completamente apaixonada por milho, que tanto me apoia na vida e na gastronomia.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; text-align: justify;"&gt;E agora, sobre essa gostosa e prática receita não se engane, o cremoso do título é realmente verdade! Esse bolo é daqueles que quase poderia ser apelidado de torta, de tão cremoso e molhadinho que ele é. Não cresce muito, mas fica com uma aparência dourada de dar aguá na boca.  Eu particularmente prefiro fazê-lo em forma grande e redonda, com um furo no meio. Assim ele cozinha mais uniformemente, mas ainda sim fica cremoso. Entretanto vala a pena dizer que ele também funciona muito bem feito em pequenas doses, em forminhas de cupcake. Só que nesse caso o bolinho fica pronto bem mais rápido e não fica tão cremoso quanto o grande, mas fica mais fofo que a outra versão.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; text-align: justify;"&gt;Não vá pensando que essa é uma daquelas receitas complicadas e cheias de segredos, não! Esse é um típico bolo de liquidificador, que fica pronto em alguns minutos e depois é só deixar o forno trabalhar. Coloque todo o resto dos ingredientes no liquidificador e misture. Quando a massa estiver bem misturada adicione o milho e dê uma mexida com a colher. Ligue o liquidificador e bata até os grãos de milho terem sumido. Tome cuidado para não liquidificar por muito tempo, caso contrário a massa ficará muito fina, e você também perderá a textura do milho.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; text-align: justify;"&gt;Depois disso, adicione a massa em uma forma redonda com furo no meio que já esteja untada e enfarinhada. Leve ao forno preaquecido à 180°C por aproximadamente 1h, sempre em fogo baixo. Mas, mesmo que a parte de cima já esteja dourada, não retire do forno sem antes fazer o teste do palitinho ou da faca, ok? Quando estiver amornado, jogue o chocolate e vá mexendo enquanto ele derrete. Mantenha sempre em fogo baixo para não queimar o chocolate. Quando quase todo o chocolate estiver derretido desligue o fogo. O chocolate vai terminar de derreter com o calor do creme de soja.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Incorpore duas colheres de melado e misture bem. O melado vai dar brilho para o ganesh.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Leve para a geladeira por no mínimo 20 minutos. Retire e leve para bater em velocidade média até que a mistura clarear um pouco.&amp;nbsp; Retire da batedeira e utilize como quiser!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Para transformar em chocolate quente basta dobrar a quantidade de creme de soja e adicionar uma pitada de canela. Não precisa ir a geladeira.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Para virar trufa, basta adicionar um pouquinho mais de chocolate e, se quiser, adicionar castanha picada, ou moída.
